Effective use of biometric facial recognition technology requires a training and competent workforce and robust processes that makes best use of the human and computer.

Reli provided subject-matter expertise to a large European goverment project on implementing biometrically enabled workflows for facial identification. The project required process design and training requirements for various levels of practitioner, from reviewers of biometric results up to expert examiners.

We delivered the project with an adaptable approach to meet the flexible scope and ensured the complex technical principles were conveyed in relatable terms, as well as incorporating feedback and requirements from the many project stakeholders.
